My Story.
Lauren. E. Caulder, ACP, FRP
CEO & Founder
I was born and raised in Western North Carolina, where I developed a strong sense of determination and a natural inclination to embrace challenges. As kids, my brother—now an attorney—and I often engaged in spirited debates that, while testing our parents' patience, sparked my passion for argumentation and problem-solving. These early experiences led me to discover my deep interest in the legal field, where my drive and enthusiasm for finding solutions would thrive.
My father’s dedication and work ethic afforded our family a comfortable and prosperous upbringing; nonetheless, even as a young child, my parents instilled in the importance of hard work and service. This foundation, along with the guidance of incredible mentors, has been essential in shaping my career. I find the greatest fulfillment in simplifying the lives of others.
After high school, I worked alongside my father in his real estate office in Bat Cave, North Carolina, while attending Regent University. At the time, I wasn’t sure which career path to follow. While joining the family business as a realtor seemed like obvious choice, I found myself drawn to a profession that would allow me to leverage my analytical skills and passionate nature. In 2014, I joined a small boutique firm where I worked for four years and eventually relocated to the Sunshine State, where my legal career flourished.
I now have the privilege of serving as Senior Contracts Paralegal at a prominent medical center and research institute. Additionally, the professional relationships I've built over the years have given me the opportunity to freelance, providing the perfect outlet for my passion for helping others. Outside of the legal world, my life is filled with the boundless joy of my daughter and the playful chaos of my golden retriever and an amazing circle of faithful friends and loved ones.
